What is Trouble Letters?

Trouble Letters is a physical mail service aimed to promote positivity through hand-made letters and gifts delivered from our characters to you on a monthly basis with the hope that they bring you happiness! Each month has a different theme, and each character has different specialty items.

When do I receive my letter?

All letters will be shipped on the 15th of each month. If you sign up before the 15th, you will receive that month's letter. If you sign up past the 15th, you will receive the next month's letter.

US members can expect their letter within 3-7 business days. International members can expect 14+ business days for their letter to arrive. If you have not received your letter within 4 weeks of shipment, please email us at fluffytroubleofficial@gmail.com.

Please note that there is no tracking on letters.

How do I update my address?

You are able to update your address, payment details, and pause/cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.

You may also email us at fluffytroubleofficial@gmail.com and we can update it for you. Please be sure to email us before the 15th of the month, so we can adjust it accordingly before we ship your letter!

Do I need to pay for shipping?

For both US and international members, shipping is included in the subscription price.
